Fannin Terrace Baptist Church-Multi-Purpose Facility

Description: This 11,800 square foot 35′ tall Worship Center was designated as Phase II of a II Phase building program. The building is located at 2800 Mogford in Midland, Texas.

Walter Pate, AIA of Pate & Associates Architects of Midland designed this facility along with client direction provided by a building team consisting of six members of the church.

The building exterior features 15,960 square feet of stucco finish. The facility was designed for a 5,900 square foot Youth Center and a 5,900 square foot Fellowship Hall. Features include a large commercial kitchen, storage, restrooms with showers (for the churches’ homeless ministry), coffee bar, classrooms, game area, stage lighting, projector system and two complete sound systems. This building is fully sprinkled and has been designed for energy efficiency.

This project was completed in 8 months.
